AI Assistant helps complete product attributes. Missing product attributes during listing? No more searching across various sources. Suppliers don’t always provide all necessary product data, and manually searching for it is time-consuming. The new AI Assistant in WisePorter solves this issue by automatically attempting to find missing values from external sources and suggesting them for your approval. No more painstakingly searching for dimensions, materials, or other specifications. Simply review and confirm the suggestions.
We’ve also improved attribute handling – suggested values are clearly marked with an icon, and approving them requires just two clicks.
Missing an option in your selection list? Create it right away. Does the selection list lack the value you need? Now you can add your own immediately, without delay. Need to assign a color like ivory to a product, but it’s missing from your list? Previously, you had to navigate to another part of the application to manually add the item. Not anymore. Now you can instantly create missing values directly within the selection list – no extra steps. Once added, the new value is automatically marked as selected.
Need a (nearly) identical product? Cloning products just got even easier – now in bulk. Want to offer a product similar to one you already sell? Or perhaps you need to quickly create a new variant with a different price or expiration date? You no longer need to create items from scratch. WisePorter lets you clone products with a single click – and now you can do it in bulk. Just make the necessary adjustments, and your product is ready to sell.
Faster navigation in product lists. When filtering products, you’ll now see only relevant statuses – no more unnecessary options unrelated to your current list. This helps you quickly find exactly the items you’re looking for, saving valuable time when working with data.
Important values no longer accidentally deleted. Accidental deletions that corrupt your data? We’ve put an end to that. Removing an important item linked to existing products can seriously impact your data integrity. WisePorter now warns you clearly before such actions. Detailed information and warnings appear before deletion, preventing accidental removals. If you’re certain, you can proceed – but always consciously.
No more errors in product relationships. Mandatory values now apply to product relationships as well. WisePorter previously allowed setting mandatory values for products; now we’ve expanded this feature to relationships. For example, when assigning a product to a price list or a supplier, certain fields (such as special price or stock availability) may need to always be filled. WisePorter now ensures this, helping you avoid incomplete data and publication errors.
Technical improvements
We’ve optimized Elasticsearch data storage to occupy less space and enhance search performance. Disk space requirements have decreased by 30%, and both data indexing and searching are now faster.
We’ve also improved processing performance for product updates. When supplier stock availability changes, triggering updates to sales prices, searches, or publications, optimized processing accelerates these operations by up to 40%. This ensures updated information reaches your customers much more quickly.
